Hi V.N. Raj,

The scriptures tell us that we should do all things in the name (by the authority of) Jesus Christ (Col. 3:17). One cannot find authority from Jesus on the use of musical instruments, but we can find authority for singing (Eph. 5:19; Col. 3:16). Therefore, we KNOW we can be pleasing to God using our voices to praise Him, but we cannot know that instruments please Him.

So, which course is more God-honoring?

Thanks for reading!

The New Testament teaching about instrument is not much clear therefore we can use or not does'nt matter praising God is important,.
If christianity is against instrument we should not even listen.
Most of the people are overly righteous.

You missed a key point to this text that any jew at the time would have noticed. The woman goes to Jesus and touches Jesus' clothes, or more specifically his prayer shawl. Actually most likely she touched the tzitzit (The braid of knots) on the shawl because of the Malachi reference that their will be healing in the messiahs wings which this article of clothing was called at this time. The only women that could touch this part of clothing was the wife or the daughter of the one wearing the shawl. Jesus calls her daughter to show her and the crowd that she did not disrespect him and that he accepts her act of faith.

Could it be taken a bit further to say. That seeing how difficult keeping jewish dietary laws can be. Especially in a time of no refrigeration and slow shipping, even though they had ways to preserve. That this would slow the expansion of the christain faith. By allowing Christains to eat all food allowed for the quick spead of christainty all acroos the globe, while Jews and Muslims had to observe dietary laws. I mean, what a Jew have done had they been on ships coming to North America? How would they have been able to establish what was and wasn't clean when a completely new food chain had been introduced? I think this is really the key factor for ablility for christainity to grow at such a rapid pace. And this is why Peter had the dream!!
